One lucky winner bought the USA nation's only matching Powerball ticket worth more than $2 billion at an Altadena gas station, becoming California's first billionaire-by-lottery, state lottery officials said Tuesday.

The winner hasn't yet come forward.

Not really if you have constraint and know how to budget yourself. If you’re trying to build up a retro collection, you don’t have to buy all the heavy wallet hitters out the gate, which is the first mistake people make. “This hobby is too expensive, I can’t afford Panzer Dragoon Saga, Little Samson, and the gold NWC”
